7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact AL AWWAL MALL as soon as possible.

Before production begins: We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.

After production begins: Cancellation may not be possible, especially for personalized products or orders for which materials have already been purchased or work has already started.

Every genuine situation will be considered fairly. Please contact us directly so we can review your circumstances.

8. Return Policy

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:
